Users won’t pressure ISPs. ISPs will want to move away from NAT64 on stub networks. When this becomes a pain point for them, they will suddenly see salvation in narrower delegations. Until then, they will not. There is nothing we can do to hurry this other than to continue to innovate in places where we do have agency.
