José also reports that the following old text in Appendix D "Design
Considerations" is excluding the use of IP for safety-related apps.
Some people may think so, some otherwise.  There is a suggestion we
clarify this in the main part of the text, not in an Appendix.

old:

IMHO I would be silent about this.  But if we want to say something
about this in the Introduction, that we agree, then I will put it.
