That's fine - let them leave their IPv4 network infrastructure in
place and deploy IPv6 using AERO:

http://tools.ietf.org/html/draft-templin-aerolink

It's all very simple. End user networks get IPv6 prefix delegations,
and enterprise network servers keep track of where all the end user
networks are located. DHCPv6 for prefix delegation, and RS/RA for
routing and neighbor state maintenance. The enterprise network is
seen by the end systems as a giant "link" over which IPv6 packets
are transmitted between "neighbors". That's it.

Thanks - Fred
