RAs can be used to distribute client specific parameters, for the parameters that RAs carry, as has been implemented in the widely deployed radvd open source RA daemon (see the 'clients' option).

A mechanism to distribute these client specific RA parameters to routers isn't commonly available, however RADIUS could be used for that purpose, similar to how RADIUS is being used to distribute parameters to a router located DHCPv6 server.
