In light of the extensive discussion around the (non-existent) process
for requesting an insecure delegation for .homenet [*], Mark and I have
decided to allow more time for this to be considered, and therefore are
extending the WGLC to Friday January 6th.

In the meantime, Ted is shortly going to be spinning revisions of the
two documents to address other comments received so far.
