I apologize for not having been clearer.  It was the use of the
word "audience" that brought me up short and made me wonder if
there's a mismatch between what HRPC participants (people doing
the actual research) expect, and the people who aren't subject
matter specialists but are interested in the work expect.  I'm
hopeful that at some point in the future, work coming out of this
RG will influence protocol design but that that application of
influence will happen in IETF working groups, not in HRPC.
At any rate, I think that the word "audience" is problematic,
here.
