If (or perhaps I should say “when”) the Olympics are cancelled
there will be plenty of available hotel rooms and meeting venues
in Tokyo and if you look at the graph in the link, Singapore or Korea
look quite attractive too. I realize that lead-time is short, and
corporate and national travel bans will likely make this all moot.
