Good :-) Does Mulberry indicate this in the 'sent items' folder somehow? 
I think that's what users would like (?)

(I haven't used Mulberry for a while - IIRC, it disappeared for a while 
some time ago, and I hadn't realised it had come back...)

Agreed, but that's what the earlier person was saying would be good. For 
the average user it tells them that THEIR mail server has sent the 
message out, which is the best you can expect if the onward server 
doesn't support any form of notification.

If the 'sent items' folder indicates somehow when messages have been 
sent out by the MSA (or delivered to the recipient if possible) then I 
can see that would help usability.
