Agreed. While our document has some side-note possible suggestions 
(i.e., "this is very doable"), the focus of the document -- at least so 
far -- is in the problem statement, rather than solutions.  SOlutions 
would most likely require their own documents.

The list you've provided is really good. Thanks!

We'll start incorporating all the items you've suggested such that they 
make it into -01.  If you have further thoughts or text, they will be 
very welcome. And, in any case, we'll send a heads-up to the up-coming 
rev (before posting) such that you can verify if there's anything we've 
misunderstood or got wrong.
