The IESG has sent these requirements [1] to the nomcom, as stated on 
that site. That's what is meant with "what is the existing
description we gave to NomCom".

The idea of the meeting is to gather community feedback about the 
requirements for the TSV AD position. It is not an IESG steered 
discussion, but the intention is give to time and space to let the 
community discuss.

I have to confess that the wording isn't fully fledged on the TSVAREA 
agenda and can be misunderstood. I will work on that.

That is a good question and my personal answer would be definitely for 
future years, as we cannot tell anything about the details of this 
year's outcome, as the work of the nomcom is confidential.
