This would be ability to modify all the information present in SDP. So the
rule of thumb should be that if you can remove SDP from the API call, then
you have done it right.

For me personally I would like to see:
1. Specify codec list including relative priorities, framerate, number of
channels, and per codec parameters (like useinbandfec for OPUS).
2. Specify ptimes and maxptime per media stream and per codec
3. Specify bandwidth per media stream
4. If we support SDES SRTP, specify encryption profiles
