Well, for the past 6+ months we haven't been able to agree on exactly how a
MediaStreamTrack should be represented in SDP, so it would have been
premature to try to write this stuff down.

That said, I agree this stuff needs to be fully defined, so that
applications can get predictable behavior. I also agree it will be a large
undertaking.
