This was the way I could call for my ISO, ICANN, AFNOR, BSI
conciliation meeting in Paris (2006/06/08) over the BSI NWIP
supported by the GAC. This was in the aftermath of the RFC 4646
consensus I had obtained "against me". It led to the defeat of this
NWIP (Debbie and Michael only voted for it as UK and EI, with an
after the limit US support, and a Japan rebuke). I sparked it in
registering "iso3166.org" and discussing its legitimate ownership
with the ISO lawyer.

In this case, iana.zone may be a good begining for lawyers. Once IAB
(and ISOC, if IAB so decides) has addressed the "IFF" question
(https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Identification_friend_or_foe), it will
duplicate iana.lib in the "FL" (Free/libre) CLASS supported by the
multi-MYCANN-Plug-in experimentation" as per ICP-3.

There can also be legal as well as technological test-beds.
