I had a 12:44 PM flight. I meant to leave the hotel between 11:00
and 11:10, but didn't actually leave until 11:35. It took less than
20 minutes to get to the airport. Having my BP and no luggage to
check, I skipped the checked baggage queues and headed to security.
The line for those with NEXUS and GE was empty, so that took maybe 90
seconds. After the GE kiosk, I had to wait 4 minutes while the lone
agent dedicated to GE/NEXUS/Diplomatic/Wheelchair handled a couple
where one was in a wheelchair.

Hotel to gate roughly 30 minutes (although I walked rather fast to my gate).

On previous visits to Vancouver, the security and customs/immigration
queues took well over an hour. I'll be there again in two weeks,
leaving on a Sunday evening, so will see what that's like.
