I received a card along with GE. It didn't cost extra. I am still not exactly sure what it is for, but that's another matter.

I had an interesting but pleasantly successful departure yesterday afternoon. I found the GE/Nexus line and got to the machines avoiding the lines. Both of the GE machines were "out of service". I assumed I would have to fill out the form. I went ahead (without a form) and was directed to one of the agents. I told him the GE machine was out of service. He lookup up my passport, asked me if I had anything to declare (I didn't), and that was it. Can't beat that for service!
