If you travel to Canada yes.  You can use NEXUS to skip the line whenever 
you arrive at a NEXUS airport, whether from the US or elsewhere.  (Well, 
to nitpick, if you are flying US->YYZ->Intl, there's no NEXUS at that 
inspection station, but there's never a line, either.)
