Looks like some of us applied for Global Entry too early.  I did
not get a card although your posting indicates that you got one.
Other postings indicate that they are now available for a fee,
but I just spent a little time on the website and couldn't find
that option, much less the fee schedule.  Similarly, the site
says that there is a single application for Global Entry and
Nexus since July a year ago.  But, if I want to apply for Nexus,
I have to pay another USD 50 and, presumably, dance through more
hoops.
