There is Global Entry, but I don't know if it gets you priority security access (NEXUS does). The Global Entry booth is after security at the US Immigration area.

Do not expect any of the folks at your airline checkin area to know what Global Entry is and thus they will thrust form 6059B at you.

That said - I don't have either of these timesavers.
