Yes, that's what I did.  I'm in the same boat as John -- early
adopter of GE, and hence don't have a card -- but I was able to
log back in to the web site to get the appropriate number.  (Aside:
when I had my interview, they had actually Googled me; they knew
things there wasn't any other easy explanation for.)
