I believe the card is on the official list of IDs that TSA will accept. But, at least based on reported experiences on the FlyerTalk forum, the chances that a TSA ID checker actually recognizes it, or is willing to take the time to check the book, I suspect the most likely answer is "do you have another form of ID".
