This the trend of sanctions against government officials and their families who are taking the spoils of their country abuse to spend their wealth in the free world.

Internet is infrastructure. Like medicine, water, sewage, hospitals, electricity, heating  and food. You don’t exhaust or destroy that.  If you do, YOU are the oppressor in the view of those people without basic necessities.
