I agree with you. We worked very hard to get consensus on documents and I think this did not increase the quality of the documents.

I understand - but this also really saddens me.

Maybe we should drop the consensus requirement for RG docs, but then again, we don't want to publish everything. I hope the chair(s) can come up with a way to address this.
