I haven't seen your list yet. :-)  In my opinion the quoted text (see 
above) is to make ICANN and the RIRs look good.  That might be 
appropriate in the IAB Stream instead of the IETF Stream.

The reference to RFC 6852 is promoting IAB views instead of the views 
of the IETF (as documented in Standards Track RFCs).

I suggest removing the promotional material from the draft.
