Bingo.

I was considering submitting the Mesh to the Black Hat Europe arsenal, I
concluded that I simply can't go because there is a significant risk of
being stranded there if there is a new outbreak.

We cannot accurately predict what the travel restrictions will be in a
week's time. But we can predict that they will remain unpredictable for the
rest of the year at minimum.

I follow folk who have access to some of the best information on COVID
globally. They gave me a two week heads up of Delta being different ahead
of the first Delta related restrictions. That is all.

It now looks pretty clear that we are going to need a second generation
vaccine (not just a booster) and global distribution before we can return
to normal. Some countries still have politicians grandstanding against
vaccine passports and in some cases the vaccines.

At this point, I have the basic Mesh infrastructure complete and will be
producing videos on how to use it. The range of functions supported now are
limited to Device onboarding and provisioning, Data At Rest encryption,
second factor, contact management, password management, etc. But the
original goal was to support end-to-end secure online collaboration.
Building out the asynchronous messaging capabilities will be the next step.
