There are international entreprises with cowork sites around the world. I
think those places may help providing workplace, reasonable network
connectivity and a comfortable environment. Accomodation and travel
arrangements should be at the participant's cost.
But there are many other items, as you mentioned earlier, which should be
taken care of.
