Just for future reference - I don't know where every single person with a 
dot was, but I know that we had the usual WG chairs activity immediately 
following the Wednesday plenary, with IESG and IAB invited, and this isn't 
the first Bar BOF that I've seen scheduled during that activity - it's also 
been a collision at previous IETFs ...
