I agree with Joel -- too many bar bofs obviates/undercuts the purpose of real BOFs.  To me, if a Bar Bof needs projectors and slides, it means that (a) perhaps a mailing list should have been created prior, and (b) perhaps a real BOF would have been better.

Does anyone in the IETF keep track of data regarding the number of Bar Bofs VS number of resulting real BOFs VS number of resulting WGs established?
