Hi

I actually like the bar-BoFs but to avoid that things get out of proportions I guess one can put it in one sentence. 
"Want to have a bar-BoF?, sure, go ahead but don't expect (full) support from the IETF secretariat or that ADs will attend"

I find the Beer thing less important though :-)
