I agree with Brian with one exception. I'm pretty against BarBofs 
meetings at the same time as wg meetings. Rooms and setup should not be 
allowed for Barbofs at the same time as wg meetings. Apart from that, it 
is useful to have barbofs/adhoc meetings.
