+1 & I'm sorry if I may have assisted/encouraged the
inevitable digression:-)

I do think much more broad consideration of ways to
significantly improve how diverse voices get to affect
IETF outcomes would be great but ought not stand in the way
of this specific, though fairly modest, improvement.
