And I intend to send feedback to noncom arguing that the IETF leadership 
has dealt with this issue in an extremely unproductive and 
unprofessional manner, and thereby increased toxicity of IETF and done 
tremendous harm to its traditional culture of consensus-building and 
inclusion (imperfect though it may be)
