Hi,

So we've been having Sunday receptions, for the entire community to
connect before the week.
I guess that, simply because the density of WG chairs & ADs per m2
during the newcomer meetings has been so high, that WG chairs & ADs
benefited to get their first actions of the week done.
Up to point where, in comparison, the Sunday receptions have now deemed
useless by some.
Up to point where the main goal of the newcomers meeting was not reached.
So what about restoring the initial goal for the Sunday reception, i.e.
connect ... instead of (yeah, I see it coming), having yet another
additional closed meeting.

Regards, Benoit
