I sync up with authors/presenters - listen to them complain about chairs😊(just kidding)

We could try having tables with cards on identifying the areas (similar to the newcomers) - and that would give us a reserved table for our drinks/foods😊

We can try to have an AD present most of the time, especially the first 30min.

I'm not sure scheduling a chair/AD reception later in the week will be the same as Sunday's.

The issue I have with the entire discussion is that it focuses solely on the WG chairs wanting to discuss with ADs during the week-end.
Let's not forget it's equally important for the community to synch up with their WG chairs (and ADs as well).
The only solution (without multiplying meetings) is that the community + WG chairs + ADs attend the welcome reception.
