Note that quick connections is a limited attendance mechanism, with at most
30 more experienced IETF folks (one-per-table) and a few new comers per
table.  So it doesn't really work as the middle venue because the newcomers
meet-and-greet was large, and the reception is large and sandwiching
something in the middle that is small is logistically challenging.
