The issue I have with the entire discussion is that it focuses solely on 
the WG chairs wanting to discuss with ADs during the week-end.
Let's not forget it's equally important for the community to synch up 
with their WG chairs (and ADs as well).
The only solution (without multiplying meetings) is that the community + 
WG chairs + ADs attend the welcome reception.
