Discussion is primarily about institutionally-imposed sexist behaviors.

In the face of concerns about harassment in the IETF and a
not-inconsiderable sense among many women in our community that we guys
frequently behave quite badly towards and around them, it is not only
appropriate that we carefully consider what constraints we impose on
exhibitors (and ourselves. It is imperative.
