I too completely agree.

I personally think this is an important point.  While the ietf  hosts the 
event and expect our norms and values to be followed, we are guests in - at 
least most of us - a foreign country with local laws, customs and norms.

And beyond contracts it is also, and only in my personal option, incumbent 
on us as a community to work with the hosts and demonstrators to ensure 
that their behavior is ietf culturally appropriate.
