Thank you for bringing this onto the attendees list. I've been discussing this extensively with other women here (and some men), but honestly didn't feel brave enough to open the conversation on the attendees list.

I personally felt incredibly insulted and humiliated by seeing this at IETF. It made me question my desire to participate in IETF.
