"native IPv6" usually means "IPv6 is not tunneled over IPv4" (where it
counts, so don't get started with GTP tunnels again).

"native IPv6" doesn't exclude native IPv4 from being on the same link,
so this term is totally irrelevant in a 464xlat discussion.
