Have you tried?

I am afraid it will not work, I explained earlier why, I can explain
again if necessary.

It's not only that modem problem I talked about.

The fact that DHCPv6-PD does not work on Android has multiple causes.
One is the modem.

The other is pure human reluctance to allow it to work. The reason
invoked for that is that "it is not needed, because CLAT does it".

So basically one forbids a pure-IPv6 method (DHCPv6-PD) and recommends a
weak IPv4-IPv6 translation method instead.

Forget the IPv4-IPv6 translation methods.
