Oh, there might not be consensus to *like* NPT66, but there definitely is
no consensus that "it is bad" either.  I, for one, would object.

As do lots of enterprise networks that like to have it in their toolbox.

*Mandating* NAT is bad (IPv4, CGN, DS-Lite, ...) - "having tools" is *good*.
