The IETF network has been traditionally configured as a PI multi-homed
network. Most of the vendors that turn up have PI multi-homed
networks (Cisco, Juniper, Apple, Microsoft, ISC). This leaves gaps
in practical experience.

It would be useful for the IETF network to altenate from PI model
to PA model, along with all the workarounds for the limitations
that come with the PA model, periodically. To test renumbering.

We are wanting smaller sites to move from PA + NAT (IPv4) to PA +
ULA (IPv6). We should be subjecting ourselves to that configuration.
