Yes, all the tediousness of listening to people with hard to  
understand accents or idiom at times you're normally asleep without  
getting to enjoy the airline food... I don't think this works for  
large groups.

The trouble is that it's often hard to get feedback on something  
without presenting it in a meeting. If we could get some incentives  
happening for reviewing other people's work, we wouldn't have to  
present all this stuff.

For instance: some kind of official recognition that can go on a CV or  
something. Or review swapping: review three drafts and we'll get two  
quality reviews for yours, with some kind of reputation system for  
review quality.
