Another cut on this is 209 from the EU = 18.8%

However EU has a 2007 GDP of 17B vs US GDP of 14B, and
is thus significantly under represented on a GDP basis.

Now I am not sure what practical significance that has, but
I think that EU is a more comparable unit of comparison
for these purposes than the individual countries.
