... and have the bill be paid constantly by folks who are coming from
other geographical areas for whom a Seattle or California location means
another five or six hours of flight each way added to the transatlantic
flights, another additional three hours of jetlag, another several
hundreds of dollars in tickets and expenses, and two full weekends
remote from home for each meeting?
