I am just wondering what do you consider as EU country here...

  A) a country that lies geographically in Europe, or

  B) a country that is part of this political construct
     called the 'European Union' (EU)

In case of A) I also wonder how Russia or Turkey would be counted...;-)

"Luckily" in the top 15 there is no country where this
actually matters. :-)
