It's also worth noting that at least some people who need visa letters for San Francisco need to be able to get them really soon ;-) http://www.ietf.org/meetings/meetings.html doesn't have registration open yet - is there an alternative source of invitation letters? I put one co-worker in touch with Ray because the co-worker has an embassy appointment on the 12th, but didn't want to unleash everyone on Ray if there's a better way...
