Hi Antoine,

This is because it may be that the point of view of the reporting persons (typically the chairs) may be different than the one of other people in the room (local or remote). So having these reported on slides together with other meeting materials helps preparing for such an occasional debate, which may be important, and archiving for later scrutiny.
