Renumbering after any 3GPP uplink re-establishment?
With default timer for preferred of 1 week.

This class of SMEs is what I meant with "largely unmanaged" networks.

If you do not put your IPv6 addresses into excel sheets or other "management systems", but just let SLAAC + bonjour do its job, I'd claim that a "renumbering event" basically isn't such a big deal.

Much less than "find an ISP that knows what PI is and is willing to route it for you, for the same price as a PA/DHCPv6PD provisioned service".

Combine "we do not put static IPv6 addresses on things, but let SLAAC happen" with "everything that might need remote access (= addresses would need to be known) is in someone's Cloud already", things get even easier.
