It has come to my attention that I misunderstood the chair proposal. I 
was under the impression that non-browsers were still given the option 
of only implementing one MTI (this was an older proposal).

In light of this, I am withdrawing my support for the compromise as 
presented by the chair. I plan to abstain on this decision.
